Mosley-Rogers Title Company is the largest locally owned title company the Shreveport-Bossier area. The company operates from three convenient locations: Bossier City, Shreveport and Mansfield.

The management team of Carter Rogers and Lance Mosley together have more than forty years experience in the title industry. Mosley-Rogers is an agent for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company of New York, Chicago Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. Our association with these underwriters provides us with a nationwide network which allows us to provide you one-stop shopping for multi-site and multi-state transactions. Our expertise ranges from residential sales and new construction to commercial and industrial projects of any size and nature throughout the state of Louisiana.

Relationships with abstractors and agents represented national underwriters and their clients enable Mosley-Rogers to act as the hub in coordinating services and closings throughout the southern region of the United States including: Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi and Louisiana.

Mosley-Rogers Title Company was named "2005 Business of the Year" by the Bossier City Rotary Club, and supports many local endeavors, such as contributing their services for the St. Jude's Dream Home Project and serving as closing agent and title company for the Cyber Innovation Center located in Bossier City.

P. CARTER ROGERS - Manager

P. Carter Rogers was born in Baton Rouge and is a lifelong Louisiana resident. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from LSU Baton Rouge and is a graduate of The Banking School of the South. Carter has spent the past 30 years in the title industry specializing in both residential and commercial transactions such as shopping centers and malls, warehouses, apartments, refineries and manufacturing facilities. He has been a frequent guest lecturer on title insurance, title issues and other matters related to the real estate industry. He was a participant in the Chicago Title Insurance Company's Partners for Excellence Program.

Carter is a member of the both the Louisiana and American Land Title Associations, The Committee of 100 and The Chief Executive Officers Organization (CEO). As a businessman, volunteer and civic leader, he plays an active role in his church and community.

LANCE G. MOSLEY - Manager

Lance Mosley was born in Magnolia, Arkansas and raised in Bossier City, Louisiana. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from LSU and his Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School. For more than fifteen years, Lance has specialized in residential development. He assists builders and developers in establishing partnerships and corporations, as well as performing residential title work and closings of all kinds including sales, builder interim financing, new mortgage loans or refinances.

Lance is active in his community and church serving on countless committees and foundations. He is a member of the both the Louisiana and American Land Title Associations, as well as the Shreveport-Bossier Military Affairs Council. He has been on the Board of Directors for the Greater Bossier Economic Foundation for 10 years and served as President in 2004. He is a past recipient of Small Business Person of the Year in Bossier City as well as Business Professional of the Year by the Bossier Chamber of Commerce.
